Les mentees font \u00e9tat d&rsquo;une plus grande confiance en eux\u00b7elles, d&rsquo;une meilleure ma\u00eetrise de la langue et de perspectives d&rsquo;avenir plus claires. En effet, plus de 70 % d&rsquo;entre eux\u00b7elles ont pu trouver une solution de transition telle qu&rsquo; <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW244655020 BCX4\">un <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW244655020 BCX4\">apprentissage ou <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW244655020 BCX4\">une<\/span> <span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW244655020 BCX4\">offre transitoire. Les <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW244655020 BCX4\">mentor\u00b7e\u00b7s<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW244655020 BCX4\"> aussi d\u00e9veloppent leurs connaissances et comp\u00e9tences gr\u00e2ce, entre autres, \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage interculturel et \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion personnelle. L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hes-so.ch\/domaines-et-hautes-ecoles\/hautes-ecoles\/haute-ecole-de-travail-social-fribourg\">Haute \u00e9cole de travail social de Fribourg (HETS Fribourg)<\/a>le confirme : <strong>le mentorat cr\u00e9e un sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance et ouvre des perspectives<\/strong>.
