Nel 2019, ROCK YOUR LIFE! RYL! Svizzera \u00e8 riuscita a superare il confine linguistico. 13 coppie di mentori e mentees hanno iniziato il programma di mentoring<\/a> nel gennaio 2020. Lor\u00e8ne M\u00e9tral (LM), Project Manager Romandie, racconta le sue esperienze lungo il percorso.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Come mai uno sviluppo in Svizzera romanda e come mai solo ora?<\/strong>
Dalla fondazione di RYL! Svizzera<\/a>L’ambizione \u00e8 quella di sviluppare un programma a livello nazionale che comprende tutte le regioni linguistiche. L’idea \u00e8 di poter offrire agli\/alle adolescenti, indipendentemente dalla loro lingua, un supporto che li\/le aiuti nella riflessione riguardo la loro scelta professionale. Per il suo background storico, ROCK YOUR LIFE! ha una posizione pi\u00f9 forte nella Svizzera tedesca. Lo sviluppo a livello nazionale, in particolare nella Svizzera francese, \u00e8 un progetto ambizioso ma importante per le pari opportunit\u00e0 nel campo dell’istruzione per tutti.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pu\u00f2 dirci qualcosa di pi\u00f9 sullo stato di avanzamento del progetto?<\/strong>
Il progetto \u00e8 suddiviso in due sottoprogetti. Il primo sottoprogetto consiste nel comprendere le specificit\u00e0 cantonali per valutare lo sviluppo del programma di mentoring<\/a> nella Svizzera occidentale. Ci\u00f2 include incontri con i principali stakeholders, una buona comprensione delle misure gi\u00e0 adottate e della situazione nel rispettivo cantone. L’obiettivo \u00e8 proporre un programma che si adatti alle situazioni specifiche dei diversi cantoni e tenga conto delle esigenze dei giovani.
Il secondo sottoprogetto prevede l’attuazione di un progetto pilota nel Cantone di Friburgo. In collaborazione con il team di lingua tedesca esistente, abbiamo lavorato per offrire ai giovani francofoni l’opportunit\u00e0 di partecipare al programma di mentoring a Friburgo e per creare una coorte con tandem di mentori bilingue – tedesco e francofono. Tutti i giovani, indipendentemente dalla loro lingua, fanno parte della stessa squadra, rendendo Friburgo la prima associazione e sede bilingue di ROCK YOUR LIFE!<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Personalmente, qual \u00e8 il motivo per cui parli di questo progetto?<\/strong>
Questo progetto mi appassiona perch\u00e9 corrisponde in tutto e per tutto a un approccio ai diritti dell’infanzia: mettere i bambini al centro, ascoltarli con attenzione, dare loro uno spazio e degli strumenti per esprimersi, scoprirsi e affermarsi. Allo stesso tempo, \u00e8 un’opportunit\u00e0 per i mentori di assumere un nuovo ruolo in cui possono imparare ad accompagnare, attingere alla loro esperienza e sviluppare le loro responsabilit\u00e0. Si tratta di un programma che d\u00e0 fiducia ai giovani affinch\u00e9 possano partecipare alla ricerca di soluzioni concrete per il loro orientamento professionale e stabilire una solidariet\u00e0 che permetta a tutti nel mondo di capirsi meglio, acquisire competenze e progredire insieme.<\/p>\n
